Peruvian born Guillermo Acevedo was a celebrated illustrator and documentarian of San Diego’s neighborhoods and landmarks. His remarkable depictions of the City led him to be honored by the Save Our Heritage Organisation and a former Mayor of San Diego before his death in 1988.
